Mind your own business aka grow your asset column.
Don't confuse your profession/job with your business.
Keep your job but use your raises and bonuses to grow your assets column.
Take the money that your assets are making and reinvest it into your assets.
Luxuries should be viewed as a reward after your assets have grown enough to pay for them.
